The process

Evidence first.
Then milestones.

A protected path from initial fit to a scoped proposal, production, certification, and launch.

  1. 01

    Initial fit

Public project details, goals, platforms, and timing.

  2. 02

    NDA & access

Secure build or repository access only after fit is established.

  3. 03

    Assessment

Architecture, performance, middleware, and platform-risk review.

  4. 04

    Port & certify

Engineering, optimization, hardware testing, and submissions.

  5. 05

    Launch support

Release preparation and the agreed post-launch window.

Scope and cost

A real estimate needs
a real game.

After reviewing the game, we prepare a proposal that defines target platforms, milestones, responsibilities, key assumptions, technical risks, commercial structure, and a proposed schedule.

01

Engine & version

Platform support, plugins, middleware, and the state of the current project.

02

Performance profile

CPU, GPU, memory, loading, content scale, and the target hardware.

03

Platform features

Accounts, saves, achievements, online services, input, and user flows.

04

Target platforms

Each console family adds engineering, test, certification, and release work.

05

Codebase readiness

Architecture, maintainability, abstraction, and existing console assumptions.

06

Schedule & support

Launch timing, parallel PC development, submission rounds, and post-launch needs.

01When is a PC game ready to be evaluated?

A stable playable build is usually enough for an initial technical conversation. The game does not need to be commercially released or completely content-final, but its core systems should represent the intended product well enough for meaningful assessment.

02What does the technical assessment cover?

We review the project architecture, engine and version, performance profile, middleware, platform features, target consoles, and certification risks. The findings shape the proposed scope, milestones, responsibilities, and schedule.

03How do certification and submissions work?

The agreed scope can include requirements planning, testing on hardware, issue resolution, submission support, and coordination around certification findings. Platform-account and publisher responsibilities are defined before production starts.
